I just bought my first TSN Catfish 03/24/08. He is only about 2 inches long. I put him in a 20 gal. all by himself. When he gets bigger I plan on putting him in my 100 gal. with my silver Arrow.What is the most important thing I need to know about raising my baby monster? What should I feed him?, and how fast will he grow?
Expect 18"-24" in the first year, Feed him raw shrimp, Beef heart, worms (any kind you can find Tubifex, earth, blood etc), Stay away from feeder fish unless your breeding them yourself and your sure of the quality as when you buy them you are prob going to end up with a diseased or parasite ridden fish (i.e. not good for yout fish) but I'm sure you already know that from your Aro.
