My new baby

I welcomed a tiny, almost 2" Fahaka to my family last night. He(?) is adorable, and I am totally in love! His name is Zelda, courtesy of my 5 year old daughter, and he is eating and playing already!

I have 2 tanks for him. He has a 60g corner tank right now while he's this tiny. Then, he has a 125 for down the road a bit, and I have room for a bigger one. He will have a good life.

Nice looking little fella you have best of luck !I love my fahaka he's the best !Get him some ramshorn snails and let your daughter feed him he'll chase the snail thru the glass my boys love teasing puff daddy with snails lol

Thanks! He is such a wonderful little guy! He has already made friends with us, and gets really excited to see us. I'm having trouble finding rams horn snails locally, so I'm going to order some this week and get them set up to breed.
It will be fun to post pics as he grows.
