picked up my first knife ever the other day, a black ghost knife. i love him, they are so cool. the way they are able to move is awesome. i watched him to a flip traveling backwards earlier. i doubt this wil be my last... he's about 3in right now and in my 10g growout before he goes into my 75g

Looking good! They love frozen bloodworms;)

yea, he and my senegal gorge on bloodworms everynight, i give my senegal pellets before dropping in the bloodworms to make sure he doesn't eat them all and so he leaves the BGK alone while he searches for food... almost have my 75g ready, should be moving in by the end of the week

NICE! I want one of those too, but need to setup a grow out tank...

considering their pretty slow growth rate, a 20g with plants and some hiding spots will do for a while, plus it will make it easier for him to locate food in a smaller tank. mines in my 10g with a 6" senegal bichir and he's doing fine unitl i can get my 75g back up to speed

That are so adorable when they are small <3

They LOVE live blackworms. My BGK (13") devours them faster than my clown loaches can.

they are cute, and mine is actually quite active... even during the day sometimes. mine has been downing frozen bloodworms like its his last meal, lol. i love seeing a nice fat belly on my fish, great feeling.
