here are some pics of my new BGKs, only one is usually visible and the other usually hides in a place that i can't get a picture.
sorry bout the poor quality, i'm using my cell phone until i can get a charger for my real camera

Thats a lovely fish and i nice size tank for him at the minute, good choice to have plently of plants in there. I would be tempted to put another plant in there in the middle or some bogwood. I would also suggest that you make the tank light more subdued by either getting a different bulb or i find the best way is to wrap something round the bulb. Make sure its not going to overheat though i find fabric (so breathable) groundsheet works well.

Nice. I agree with TOM500. Add some wood, which will give them a really great place to hide and a better sense of security, which will allow them to become comfortable and eventually come out more. The sooner they reach their comfort zone, the sooner they will be more visible.
 
thanks, yea, i plan on upgrading when the BGKs get bigger. and yea, i've thought about dimming the light somehow, i was hoping the floating plants would create some shade but they didn't shade as much as i hoped. i do have a moonlight that the BGKs enjoy at night.
