So I picked up two new catfish this week as a bit of a birthday treat to myself. The first is a RTC, he's about 12-13" and nice and chunky. I amazed at how much they like to swim around the tank. All the other catfish I've owned just like to hide in caves. I love this fish and he goes great with my aro, gar and cichla.
The second fish I got was a royal pleco at about 6-7". This fish is stunning and has a really contrasting stripey pattern. The place I got him from had some fully grown adults too. They were beasts and it was nice to see them in person. I keep this fish with my smaller cichla.
