I went to the LFS in Hendersonville, NC and asked for a Blue Channel Cat, and they said they didn't have any. To my surprise, and the owner's, I saw a 5 incher poke his head out from under a turtle! Sure enough, when we tried to catch him, he kept going shell to shell to get away! It's apparently worked as a survival skill because he should be long dead! He has all kinds of scars from turtle nips, but I got him for $3.95, so I said what the heck? He's doing well with my oscar, JD, and PLeco. He just hides and I have to hand feed him because he's scared of the big boys, bt that's ok. Anyone got any Blue Channel experience? I just want to make sure he's gonna be ok when I move him into my monster tank with my shovelnose.
