My new cray!!

The lfs called this guy an Apricot Lobster..although I searched that name and got nothing..so if anyone can give a little info...it would be appreciated...oh yeah I paid $10 for it, and including claws it about 4in or so...sorry about the water spots..i never learn..

Well the body is like any other cray..but the color is not common here at least ....it's a bright peachy color.... and the lfs did not know much about them...
 
There's orange morphs of P.clarkii, I bet that's what it is. Black_Sun was selling some. If I'd have know she had some at the time (before I got my other Crays) I'd have certainly gotten some from her. I think the orange ones are awesome! Frankly, I'd have paid a heck of a lot more than $10 for one lol

You got it for a very good price. They can get very expensive.
 
are we sure thats what it is? claws look thick in the first pic
 
No, this looks like Cherax holthuisi, a Parastacid crayfish. It was probably collected in Irian Jaya, the Indonesian part of New Guinea.
