Hi all,
Well I currently have 8 D. microlepis.
I have one in a 33gallon, along with two Polypterus and 3 Corydoras zygatus (and before anyone says, the zygatus are too big for any of the fish in there to eat, hehe!)
This one is great, he has coloured up great, and has grown a lot in the last few months. He does hide alot, until he is hungry when comes over and stares at me until I feed him.
I is currently eating bloodworm, plain fishing maggots (live and frozen), prawn and whiting strips.
I cant get him to take pellets
Here are a few pics: click for bigger pics
The fish: (he is a little bigger than this now)

The tank: (not the best pic, as taken with the camera on my phone)

As for the other 7 I have, they are very small only around 2", the biggest is probably 2.5".
These are very skitish, and hide most of the time, when the light is on.
I am looking at getting some fake plants to use as floating plants in the next week or so. Hopefully this will help them.
They have been in the tank, about 3 weeks now and still havent coloured up
I have seen one or to coloured up once or twice, but none continuely.
I have been thinking of getting some dither fish, maybe platies? As I need something big-ish.
Any suggestions?
unfortunataly I dont have any pics of these, as they are always hiding.
