Just bought him yesterday. I took this pic after my gf fed him shrimp. She picked him out. It's her first monster fish.

That wasn't that much really. Probably an eighth of a shrimp. He stopped when he was full he ain't dumb.

Correction: you LET HIM stuff himself with shrimp. Overeating can cause problems. Nice fish, though.

they're just giving you their advice and opinions, there is no need to go into defensive mode. in their experience this has caused problems, there is no need to be rude. they are just saying it may be the best thing for your puffer's health.

you have a beautiful puffer, by the way.
