Got this little guy about a week ago now.. he's pretty cool when it comes to feeding, but does not move around much other than that. He just sits but you can see his eyes moving around all the time. Very Curious fish. do they get more active once they get bigger and or more comfortable in the tank? anyone kept them and have any advice? thanks

Without a doubt, the most personable fish I have kept in the 40+ years in the hobby. He has his own 150 show tank and is always coming to the glass and begging for food. He buried himself for the first time yesterday. Pretty much only the eyes were showing. You will love this fish! Mine wasn't real active for the first month or so I had it, so don't worry about it. My wife talks to it whenever she walks by the tank and she doesn't really care about fish at all.
 
I started feeding mine snails as soon as I got it, about 3". I gave it a taste for ramshorns and then the much tougher MTS. I heard some won't eat MTS because they are so hard.
