My NEW filtration Set up

Everyone said i need more filtration, So today i went to the store and got some new stuff. Here is my current set up

125 gallon- Female Motoro, Silver Arowana
Running- 1 Amp'd up Emperor 400, 1 Millennium 3000, 1 Magnum 350 Deluxe
 
Yes i am doing my water changes. The amp'd up is some of the tricks people do to them. I am running 2 airstones in them along with amonnia, nitrate, and nitrite remover in the media boxes. All readings are at 0 and my water is crystal clear. Thanks

wht is the reason for the 2 air stones?

What is the reason for the ammonia/nitrite/nitrate remover?
 
It just creates more oxygen at the surface. It also helps with creating more flow. It was cheap and i figured why not. It also is like a wet/dry.
I added that media because my levels were still reading a little too much for my liking and i added those and they dropped. I am now taking some out and doing regular water changes to amount for the media taken out.
