My New Flowerhorn!!!

I went to my local Petland discounts store (yes I know they suck) just to see if the got any flowerhorns today and sure enough, they got many. Most of them had a full flowerline. This one was the only pearly one. He has a full flowerline, pearls (many on his head), dragon tears under both eyes, and nice color.

Here is a video of him. It doesn't show his colors very good but its ok (thats an air bubble on his nose.

I made a mix of hikari cichlid gold pellets, freeze-dried bloodworms, and bettamin (for the color enhancers and for the brine shrimp that are mixed in)

Is this ok for it? I don't think I'll be able to find any flowerhorn food around here. I'll check this small petstore nearby this weekend though.
 
Thanx! I hope it turns out great. I just noticed how nice and big his tail is. He is getting a little more colorful now. His dragon tears are seen now.

i see u live in nyc theres a lot of flowerhorns food in queens,china town and flushing

I'm 14 so no car
I called the small pet store nearby and the employee said that they will get flowerhorn food like this weekend so I'm gonna come by and see.
 
wow I can see his breeding tube and he is only like 1.5" long. Its pointy. That means probable male right?
