My new flowerhorn!

Had alot of small CA cichlids for sale and a guy offered to swap his flowerhorn for them so I took it, the poor fish had been in a 30" tank its whole life but is now in a 75 gal on his own! Pic is of it in its old tank, haven't taken any pics yet, he's still pretty stressed. What do you guys think ?

I'm really happy with the big guy He doesn't look like that just now, really dull looking after the move. Once he has settled are there any foods that will bring out his red more?
