My new Fly River Turtle (Pignose)

Just picked up this little girl (could be a boy) and wanted to share with the forum. About 5"-6" across the carapace (usually measured that way in Tortoises... not sure of term on aquatic turtles). The shell is nice and flat across the back, no curling. Still rather light in color because it still a young turtle.

The shape is anatomically correct, what looks weird is the pigment on the upper beak........Looked weird to me at first, but it's all in how your eyes perceive it......

i think what he is talkin about is the color on the upper part of the jaw, cause i dont see anything wrong...
