He was always a fat pig of a GT and very active. No sunken gut on him, and only my Hait ate more than him.

Glad to see he's doing well. Not bad for a $3 petco fish (that was a year ago). And I'm sure he's LOVING that big tank of yours.

And sorry for not dropping off more Grammodes fry when I was there. Once I started netting them out, they changed color, and I couldn't sex them (I only have one female, and I didn't want to accidentally grab her).

Yeah he is a very cool fish. He swims around and runs the tank. My JD isn't too fond of him yet. Hopefully that works out. Yeah thanks for the fry. I have him in a 5 gal by himself untill I feel he is big enough to enter my 240. How old is the fry? How big do they get? Fast grower? You said he is a "mini dovi"?

The grammodes aren't super fast growers. They grow at about the same rate as green terrors. For reference, your gt is about a year old, and I did weekly 2/3 tank water changes on his 55 gallon tank and fed nls and blood worms.
They get about 10" or so, and look like mini dovii with red spots. They're super cool full grown, and I'm pretty sure I gave you a male. Just YouTube "grammodes".
I'd say that grammode is a month or two old at this point.

And glad to hear the gt is running the tank hahaha. He was always a super active fish. Hopefully the jd will like him eventually.
