Well, I'm back from my summer job, unfortunatley I lost some of my pets... The cuban anoles where "accidently" fed to the sliders we had
and my leopard frog was gluped up by what is now my pet Bull Frog. Some one put the two of them together without me knowing.
And some of my native fish died while i was gone.
BUT NOT ALL IS LOST!!!
Here are the animals I got out of my summer job.
First is my lovely Yellow Rat Snake, he is roughly 4 feet in lenth. (I am pretty sure he is wild caught, considering he has bitten me three times now)
Second
My Mississippi Map Turtle.
Now his shell is discolored and I got him this way. I've heard things about shell fungi????
Shell rot... He is acting prefectly normal, eating crickets, salad, he is basking on his turtle dock. I do have him in the same tank as the Bull Frog and they have been doing good, not issues at all. They have been living in a tank together over the summer at summer camp.
Help please. These are the pictures I have of him. By the way his is 3 1/2 inches in long and 3 inches wide. (Shell size)
I know this is not the correct way to handle the turtle, but I was trying to get all the discoloration in.
My NOM NOM Monster (Bull Frog, eater of Leopard frog...) He is from tips of toes to tip of nose 7 inches. This is not an exact measurment rather difficult to get a 100% accurate one. This guy is an eating machine he eats ANYTHING and REALLY like Cuban tree frogs. But I'm feeding him about three-five crickets every other day.
Again, please help me with my Map.
Thanks for you're time.
