Hi got a JD today and love him. When I bought him he was in a tank with about a hundred others in it. He's getting pecked by me pearl(that are bigger) gourami. But he seems happy. Any idea on gis sex he's probably to small

Off hand say male, but you are correct in being to young to tell, how aggressive is he/she?
 
Id say male as well. Looks very small and stressed though

Haha I can definitely agree with this! Once my females hit 4 inches it was a nightmare.

Really it looks stressed? The ones without the blue background were yesterday so that was when he was first in. He's not very agressive but has taken 3/4 of the tank and sometimes lets the others over but for a few seconds. When they go in his territory he swims towards them and they go away so not very agressive
