My new Jag:D

I was at my LFS looking for a new fish because i just re-homed my big irridescent shark freeing up A LOT of rooom in my 125.. I saw this little guy(3") in a tank and fell in love. It was listed as a parachromis friedrichsthalis but it looooks alot like my old parachromis managuensis when it was this size.. My pics arent the best, i had to use my phone and he was hanging out in the back of the tank, but he has excellent colors, is showing a little blue in his fins and is even standing up for himself against my 7" JD already, he is gonna be sassy! I cant wait
My questions are do you think it is a Friedrichsthalis or what? I will try and get better p ics when it gets a little bolder, and...
Do you think he is a she? Its fins seem pretty flowy if that means anything.. Thank You alllllll

This is after he flared his/her gills at my JD and did a little shaking and made the JD swim back around

THERE we go! I couldn't think of that name, but I was just saying it wasn't a Jag
