My new Kelberi Peacock bass

Just got a new Kelberi Pbass hes currently about 3 inches and I wanted to ask you guys what the best way to enhance his color and help him grow is. By this I mean what is the best thing to feed him and how often should I feed him.

Good food,good water and patience.If not already get the little guy on some good quality pellet foods and keep up a regular water change routine.

Lots of water changes. Pellets/ sticks. Krill. Lots of water changes. Temp about 80F. Some people who want to promote growth of cichlids/ cichla use higher temp. I refrain from anything higher than 80 due to harmful bacteria that are more virulent at higher temps.
