I got my male reticulated today, finally. He's pretty darn skinny, but he's already chomped down on some live blackworms, so he shouldn't be too hard to fatten up. And he's pretty active, so he seems healthy besides being skinny. I looked him over pretty good, and don't see any parasites.

What do you think?

he is very very skinny indeed keep pumping food into him turn of the lights and turn up the temp

Yah, I've got half a pound of live blackworms with his name on them. He'll be getting fed as often as I can get him to stuff his mouth.

He cost $60. More than I had hoped to pay, but cheaper than the female I got a month ago. But I went through a guy who made sure that I was going to get a male, so it was worth it to me. I just hope he fattens up as fast as my female did. They're almost identical in size, besides him being so skinny.

He's a lot lighter in color, and has a very different pattern (it seems like) than the female I have. He's got a lot more spots, and they're darker than hers (although it might just be that his coloring is lighter to begin with). Think he'll darken up as he gets comfortable and matures? Or will he likely stay a lighter color?
