LFS got him in as a "tire track eel". I noticed and pointed it out to them, they said, "he's yours for $20." I said "how about some plants". A couple bundles of val, ludwigia and water sprite later, I got a new eel. 
He's still kinda dark and stressing a bit, so it's hard to get a good picture. But I'm hoping he'll chill out soon.
