So I'm going to try to consolidate because it takes me forever to find all my threads. I think I started in a frenzy and am now slowing down so things are more permanent now. Let me start by saying I started keeping fish at the end of 2011. Started with 1 90 gallon tank for a SA/CA community. Now I have 4 55's, 2 40's, 1 46 Bow, 1 220 Tall, and 1 220 Glass (on the way). I started with SA/CA cichlids. I still love them but my new passion is Flowerhorn. I started with a low-ish grade LFS female and now I can't stop buying everything I see lol. This thread is going to include pics and updates of both my fish and my fish room. TONS of pics and vids...I really feel like everything needs to be documented pretty well in order to get good results here in the States. I think maybe our Thai/Viet/Asian breeders have tons of advantages over us so in order to even TRY to keep up we have to record everything so we can learn from our mistakes and not make the same ones over and over.

Changing out the 46 Bow for a 220 Tall Acrylic if everything goes well tonight.
Trying to go with dual AC110's on the 55's and 40's, the 46 Bow has a Fluval 405 on it. All Jager heaters (seems reliable), need them all heated because it's a basement and I live in Denver. From right to left, top to bottom:
1. 55 Gallon - ZZ/Kamfa fry about 3 1/2 months old now, going to cull out 30% beginning of March. 2 Gold Nugget Plecos (L177), 1 Xingu Panaque Pleco (L027), 2 Albino Bristlenose Plecos (Ancistrus).
2. 40 Gallon - 21 small blood parrots (rescued from a fish store going out of business) and 2 SKKP (Red Mammon) male and female, 2 unidentified Red Uruguay plecos (Hypostomus family).
3. 55 Gallon - Small Fahaka Puffer and 2 Red Hook SD's, 1 Thin Bar SD, 3 small tetras and 1 small Bala Shark.
4. 55 Gallon - Divided (Left) small SRD pair, (Left) ZZ female and Tiger male.
5. 40 Gallon - 2 Festae females, 1 PK Kamfa female, 1 RT (fading), 2 Salvini females, 5 Clown Loaches, 1 common pleco
6. 55 Gallon - Waiting for next Petco $1 sale lol
7. 46 Gallon - Festae male, Festae female, 3 SD's
8. 90 Gallon - (Upstairs) 1 Kamfamalau male, 1 ZZ female

Like I said earlier, I plan on a 30% culling at the beginning of March to give my guys some more space to grow. Also thinking about dividing out a couple 20 Long tanks to give some of the more special ones more space.

I'll take some more recent pics and vids tonight if I have time but it's snowing, it's freezing, and I gotta try to move a 220 Tall Acrylic w/ stand and canopy tonight. I've heard that freezing temps are VERY bad for acrylic tanks so I've got one shot to do this right. Hopefully I'll be getting it all done and some nice pics up tonight, wish me luck, thanks for looking, updates to come....
