My New Monster Dovii

That is a beautiful male dovii!! I miss my buddies poor guy passed away a year ago. Was just under 24" my buddy said when he pulled him out. It was roughly 3-4" thick and he said it easily weighed over a few pounds. We it rand into the glass and broke it spine. Neither of us were there, he wasn't living there at the time and would only go visit to do water changes. It was at his moms she fed it for him. I think ol boy missed his owner!! It's crazy how my cichla as soon as they see me walk through my door and are so excited to see me even though its not about food but about just spending time watching them. I watched it grow from 1.5" into an handsome dovii!!! Btw it did have a mate from Jeff rapps that it successfully bread with.
