Here are some links to see my new 6x2.5x2.5, 260g tank filled, cycled and stocked :headbang2.
I started by dosing the tank heavily with starter bacteria and the water has lost it's initiial wood staining but more water changes will improve the water's clarity.
I have been cycling the sump for about three and half to four weeks and the new FX5 has been stocked with media from an older established FX5.
I will still monitor the water parameters closely and keep up the water changes just be on the safe side.
All the fish are very happy and eating accept the Leichardti who shows interest but refuses to take the food.
His old mate the Petenia has assumed the initial top dog status of the new tank temporarily I am sure until my Leichardti finds his groove.
The Gator gar seems unfazed and just eats and cruises his new home.
All the present fish I have had since they were 3-4inches long so it gives me great pleasure to see them go into a new home :D.

I have consolidated my Dovii into my 180g and divided the tank with my beautiful 16inch Male taking up one half while my smaller Dovii male and his 3 girl friends taking up the other half.
I will post links to their tank in the central American forum and if you want to see a stunning big Male Dovii check it out.
