just picked this guy up today, needs some nourishment and he will be awesome..if any one has a clue with sexing please let me know.. going to pick up a female if i can definitly prove that this is a male.. he is 11 inches...

Thanks.. i am very happy to hear its male.. yes i intend to take really good care of his dietary needs,, he is in the right home now...just have to do it slow..I learned my lesson.. he is in a 55gal tank.. we will upgrade after he is finished quanrenteen.. then try him in the 125 gal or 220gal..

When he's done,
The 220 is your better bet.
The more space they have the less fish they will maul.
Seems like thats the case anyways. They have a lot of territory needs, I would just skip the 125 and go straight to the 220.

That is very true..but there maybe other factors to concider..like who would be the best tank mates for him, i want him to be able to eat without fighting through the crowd.. i have a little rearanging to do and things should work out.. also i am still thinking about the female..
