My first shot at natives. Got all these guys from Zimmermans who I HIGHLY recommend, he runs an awesome business. I have a mix of Missouri / Alabama / Florida longear, 2 green sunfish and 3 Bantam. They are all really small, 1/4" up to ~1". They got here about noon and this evening they ate a block of frozen bloodworms like a bunch of little monsters.

Nice! I like the yawn shot.

Looking good Etan. I should be catching some juvenile sunfish somewhat soon as soon as the ice thaws.

Nice pics, especially for their size. I’d never be able to take such good photos of little fish like them. Makes me wish I had some sunfish.

Here is my 75 in its fake plant glory haha. The driftwood is real though. I need to rescape it some day. Tank is filtered with a single xp3 running 20ppi/30 ppi pads, a tray of biomasX and a super micro pad.

They range from probably an inch to 2.5 in. Used my t2i with a 28-135 mm lens. f5.7 with a lot of iso so I could run the shutter fast to get them in focus.
