Got my monitor tattoo done this evening, i'm going to get a green background which fades out added aswell. The picture is taken shortly after finishing so the colours look very strong and the yellows will fade a little as it heals and you'll see more of the white and the white highlights.
I didnt want it to be somthing thatgs 100% photo realistic hence it does look a chartoonish as i think it has a bit more charm and with all the scales and lines it would start to look quite cluttered and over time as the lines widen it could look a bit messy. Anyways i'm very happy with it -
