My new "O".....

I rescued a 12 inch O from a local LFS yesterday,he was in a 10 gal tank and had suffered from HITH,plus he has 1 cloudy eye.After a few minutes of bickering i got him for $14.00.He wont accept Cichlid sticks yet,but i know that he will.He seems a whole lot happier now,i am glad that i could save him.Pics will be coming later today!!!

is there any way to treat the cloudy eye? cause there is a 13" oscar recovering from ick and hith and has cloudy eaye in a 60 at my pet store with ist buddy a like 24 inch common plec

the cloudy eye should clear up rather quickly with some good water quality and a little salt. Could possibly an ammonia burn and then it would take a while longer to have the eye cleared up, but either way im betting it should start looking better within a week.
