Well man I had a short bodied flowerhorn like this and it also had these black spots on its faceOnly had her for 3 days now and I basically got her for free. She is a good 7.5" and now holding eggs. Rajatarimustafa the black spots can come from stress,bad quality water,and it also could be that the fish is still fading in that area of the body.
