My new pleco

Just picked up about a 10in Pleco from my buddy, he had it living with a bunch of goldfish in a 55g tank. Not sure if its a common or something else, im going to try to get better pics once he is acclimated

Well he is in his new tank, so far they are stayin on opposite ends of the tank lol

I would agree with that. Now I know nothing about pleco's other then they suck at cleaning algae once they grow and are poop machines. Is a sailfin a common species?

My buddy has had him since he was 2-3in long. I think he said he had him for 3-4 years.

Oh and another measurement puts him closer to 11.5 inchs

Well this idea doesnt seem like its going to last very long. My puffer is pissed at me right now, and the pleco is tearing up my tank. And I dont like that LOL
