go to quick links then options
there is a section that says all this below
fill it out
then just click "my new posts" button at the top
it will show all new posts but only in the sections you picked



New Posts Forum SelectionThis area is for selecting which forums your wish to see news posts. Each forum has a forum id. If you go here you will see all the forums listed.

Hovering over Announcements will display http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=2. The forum id for Announcements is 2 as at the end of the URL you will see f=2.

Enter the forum ids you wish to receive new posts from here separated by commas and do not include spaces.

For example 1,2,3
