Picked up about six of these beauties. The Plecos are NOT in order in both of the pics. I am trying to get an idea of how many females/males I might have gotten!
Appreciate it guys!! (it's my first time picking my own pleco, so hope you guys like them)
Congrats! Its best if u take the picture directly above them, individual pics would help alot. Use the macro setting on ur camera so u can grt uo closer

Basically impossible at that size. Not sure if you can vent them, but your best bet is to treat them right, feed them well and be patient. The sexes will be obvious enough with a little time.
I could not go out to by some algae pellets but the tank has a lot of drift wood. I put in a cucumber with a fork, they are not eating it today... will they be fine until I can get some proper pellets? The ones I had is smelling weird, so don't wanna give em that.
Thanks for your reply. I know they prefer meaty foods. I just like to mix up the diet. So since I did not have any blood worms or other foods I gave it shot. Cheers.

The place I get my hikari from are out of stock. Is it ok, if I use maybe frozen blood worm cubes? and buy some sinking new life spectrum? The are around 3-4cm. They have not eaten in 2 days. Just hides in the drift wood all day.
