My New Pumpkinseed Bluegill Hybrid?

I put the question mark in the title because my new fish looks like a bluegill on top and gill plate, but he has an orange belly and speckles on the bottom looking like my other pure pumpkinseed.

I think you have a regular blue gill. Here is a photo of another blue gill:

These shots are all underwater and in the wild, no tanks either. The photography is AMAZING.

You are right, that first picture looks like a pumpkinseed, but it is definitely not because it doesn't have a red area on the black spot from the gill plate.
 
thats a bluegill, pumpkinseeds have more orangy ears
 
Bluegill look different in different areas, there are even subspecies like the Florida Bluegill, Handpaint Bluegill and the Coppernose Bluegill.
