My new rtm red tiger mota

Hey guys I just picked up this 3" rtm. Any feedback on if it's a male or female and how are his colors ? Any feedback helps thanks!

Looks good to me, their good looking fish. I had a female red tiger once. Had to rehome her I didn't realize how aggressive they are. IMO they are the most aggressive Parachromis at a small size. Of course Dovii will take that tittle when they put some size on. But Man, I had a small female RTM once. That just enjoyed killing. Had plenty of space in the tank, but would hunt everything else down and kill it, regardless.

As for quality, his true colors will come out with size. But I see nothing wrong with him gonna be a good looking dude.
