Hi,

this endli looks like a bichir-hobbit!

One question: Here in Germany i've never seen a short-body - no dealer will offer them due to the more rigid philosophies in keeping fish generally.
But i do not want to discuss breeding practice (my opinion: It's life - like some dog that do not look like one ... but those animals are HERE and want to life!) ...
... im interested in one thing: Do these short-bodies live so long as a "normal" bichir? Are they problematic (illness etc.)?

ths UWE brother give me the suggestion...i also got short body senegelas and delhazi too.so now in my tank got 4 short body polypterus.i think is ok no so big problematic bcz they got eat the small fish...nice too meet u brother.
