This is my new 33 long sump with 20 long refugeim for my 180 FOWLR.
any comments or ideas to improve on this system..so far so good just gotta get a new skimmer and hook up my UV light.

Looks like you got it going on. One suggestion, go with more bio media. You havepleny of room, so pile it in there.

That looks great. Was that pvc already bent or did you heat it up to bend it?

Its just me but I think you could get more flow and more even flow from your pump if you turned the T that goes to the return horizontally instead of it being vertical.
