Just picked this up yesterday. 75 gallon tank, stand, light and filter....$125. This is all I have gotten done with it so far. Up til now the biggest tank I have had was 55 gallon. I am loving this tank. Oh, the possibilities! LOL I know it is a far cry from some of the monsters on here, but I am loving it for now!

That's a great pickup for such a great price. Lucky you, that tank is just beautiful. What do you plan to stock it with?

Nice ! I am always afraid of low prices on big tank set ups . Some times they turn out to be reptile tanks . Whats going in the tank ?

Very nice. I highly suggest putting a background on it. Makes tanks look so much nicer.

Thanks all! I found this on craig's list, and it happened to only be about 4 miles from my house. Couldn't pass it up.

Right now my plans for it are kinda up in the air. However, in one of my 55's, I have a baby jd, a baby black ghost knife, a baby bn pleco, and a baby flowerhorn, that I picked up the other day for 4 bucks. Don't know what he is gonna turn out like, but he is my first. Poor guy was in the tank all by his lonesome.

I am thinking about putting those four guys in there, and leaving the convicts in the 55.

My husband wants me to put my 12 inch midas in it, but he would be the only fish in there, as he is too territorial.

And I agree about the background. The drapes just aren't cutting it . But I am really loving that black gravel.

Thanks for comments!
