Hey guys didn't quite know where to put this so I put it here. I just picked up some Mag X F1 umbee from a fellow MFKer who said the parents are UMBEEKING's and he got the fry from him and they are amazing I have about 30 of them and they all are showing some nice colors already it's hard to get pics of them since they move a lot but here are pics of the parents which are wild caught and then the babies which are F1 Mag X

Very nice you'll have your hands full soon :D my two are still going strong , there's an obvious dominant one now better growth etc but the little shabby ones really tuff taking no crap and fighting back with everything in tank

Congrats, I really want some Mag X umbee they are stunning. I have 5 Rio mags I've been growing out for the past few months. They were 1" when I got them, biggest is around 4" now. How much did it at you back getting 30?

I'm not sure what you're asking in the last sentence mike? One question I have is are these guys fast or slow growers on a scale from datnoid to oscar lol

Just to clear the air for everyone the fry are WorldBelow07's I got confused because umbeeking and world below are both named Chris so I just assumed umbeeking but they are originally from WorldBelow07's and the parents belong to him as well

If they grow up to look like parents they will be awsome.

The fry are doing great some are already showing nice freckling and some are already showing signs of dominance and others stick in groups of 2's I'm not sure why and some have a reddish stripe on the dorsal fin which will most likely fade into a blue color ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1404245689.043406.jpg
