My new (used) 180

I recently bought a 180 gallon tank, I want to transfer My juvi Fronts into it. They are currently in a 125. I have 1 fluval 404 one 405 and 2 sponge power heads on it. About a week ago I added an extra tray of media in the 405. I have ordered a fx5 for the 180. I planned on removing the media from the 405 to the fx5, and taking one of the spounge filters also. I also have 4 bottles of safe start.
Good plan? or am I going thinking wrong.
BTW the 180 also has an undergravel filter an a ocean clear canistar on it, 4 inlets and 2 outlets.
Any opinions?

Sounds good, just transfer all the media into the new filter, plus transfer the substrate and any decorations.

I was not planning on completely emptying the 125 there will still be 4 fish in it, will I send the 125 back into cycling?
