Hey everyone! What do you guys think of my newest experiment? I decided that my aro tank looks too lonely so I decided to add some discus to the tank. Right now there is only a green aro (about 22 inches), 2 clown loaches (each about 5 inches), and one turquoise discus (about 4 inches). The aro gave him a welcome nibble which freaked the discus out, but then he left him pretty much alone after that. I think that if he is still alive and doing well after this week I will add more discus. What do you aro experts thing? Oh yeah the tank is 210 gallons. Pics to come soon. (Hopefully not of dead discus)

Yeah thats what I told myself. Its only day 2 but things are looking pretty good. Aro pretty much ignores the discus, but the discus pretty much still tries to keep his distance.
Yeah I was thinking that would be the case, especially for the discus seeing as they might feel more comfortable in numbers. I just didnt wanna put them all in at once and then have the aro go to town on all of them.
