The water is held in the top tank by creating a vacuum.

The pressure is sucking instead of blowing creating negative pressure in the top tank.

ok i understand what i am looking at. took me a couple to figure it out,and that is cool as hell haha i want to try that. is there a benefit to this method ,or is it more a visual cool thing?
