I picked up this "lima shovelnose" at my LFS for $14.00 i belive it is a TSNxRTC hybrid....please correct me if i am wrong. right now he is 5" and in a 29 gal working his way to a 125 then a 300 gal stock tank that I am fixing up. how long can he stay in a 300 gal stock tank???

yeh definately not a Lima, +1 on it being a RTCxTSN... sweet pick up for that price, you could squeeze a year or two out of the 300 then youll need to upgrade again.

Cute Little Hybrid you got there... As for the 300 Gallon Rubbermaid you can get a good 3-4 years from one, Necrocanis has had his in one for ages and it's around 3 1/2 - 4years old...just recently added a RTC into the same Pond with him as well... so that shows that there is still "some" space
