My next project

The top picture is lil monster when I first placed him in the tank away from his siblings.
Bottom is the new guy. He doesn’t look too far off from his brother at that point. I hope that means he has the potential to turn out as nice as Monster has.


Right now he is horribly shy. It took a lot of waiting just to get this picture of him. I’d move a female over for him, but both girls I kept are as big as him and pretty aggressive. I’ll wait till he comes out of his shell more.

This guy is back in with his siblings and up for sale. I’ll hold on to him till a buyer is found, but I didn’t like how shy he got being isolated. He is doing a lot better back with the others.

Thank you. Yes, he is coloring up better now. One of his brothers has won me over though. I’ll still be watching this guy, because I still believe he has lots of potential.



I was sent a video yesterday of lil Mon and he is looking so handsome. He paired with a female and they have a big cloud of fry they are caring for Not a big surprise there, he’s such a ladies man. Haha
