Thanks for the comments. Hes eating hikari massivore, king prawn, regular prawns, earthworms and muscle.
was he eating massivore when you got him? If not how'd you get him on the pellets? Mines a wuss and only eats prawn and frozen bloodworms 
Nope, he only ate prawn to start with but i feed all my other fish pellets and one day he just started taking them. For some reason his liking for them differs between batches lol
Try fattening him up on prawn and then starve him only offering pellets until he takes them, this seems to be the most widely used method for converting fish to massivore.
