my not so pure con and my rescued con

the first 2 pics are of a con ive had for awile that is not a pure con. the pics after the first 2 are of a con i rescued from a lfs as it was getting beat on. do you think this con is pure or not. his frayed fins really string out there quite a bit. looks like a veil con

it looks like most cons I've seen , you might get more help on the forum for hybred cichlids.

ya i know. the hump on the first con in the first 2 pics is crazy. that con i know isnt pure but its the next one in question. the lady that dropped it off at the lfs said it was very old so im thinking it may be a pure large old con. i just dont see many with tail trails that long.

I was initially thinking the same thing but I’ve seen some big cons in a couple lfs they can develop a nice hump with some age nice cons!
