My one fish keeps doing flips.HELP PLEASE

A buddy of mine has 2 small 10 gallons. This fish has done this twice in a week but tonight it has been around 5 times.
Please anyone help.

You will get more help if you post the type of fish, water quality, etc. It may even be normal behavior. It might also be a symptom of something that needs to be addressed.
