So lately my male orange pike xingu I, has been changing his color alot. he is turning a pink color around his stomach frequently. Is this a normal thing, or is this a sign of stress or something else wrong? thanks in advance.

That is a female ~ nice one! They'll get the pink belly as they mature - even more so if there's a male in the tank... What size is she?

becuz my cousin got the other one that was at the lfs and his is definitely a female and it looks alot different than mine so i figured it was a male.... well thats good to know than its normal. btw she is about 9" to 10" and still growing! thanks 4 the comments

You lucky mofo,most of the time ya get stuck with homicidal males,you got LUCKY!!Fine example of fresh breeding dress.She is healthy(from what i can see) so don't worry about her being sick
