my original/first pleco

this guy was my first pleco, i got him as a baby for $5 at a lfs. what do you guys think? im curious as to what real pleco lovers opinions

A very nice male. I used to have a huge male bn, 6-7". he passed away last year. You should get him a gf, they are amazing breeders.

a small male albino bristlenose. very nice.

+1 on the GF idea

Although I haven't had a BN in over 12 years, it looks nice and I haven't seen one priced for under $10 here.

this may seem a little dumb of me, but is there a way you guys were able to sex my pleco?

Only the male bn's have bristles like yours, females have none or just a few along the lip line

what a nice looking pleco, i think i should invest into one
