My Ornate lost some of its tail, will it grow back?

I've don something stupid

I've put In a Tetraodon Palembangesis together with my Ornate. The Palem, has newer touch'd any other fish besides small guppys. So i thought "why not put it in my biggest tank with my bikir". That was a bad idea. Just over night the bikir lost som of its tail . Just the fins, not flesh.

Will It grow back? or is it scared for life?
Sorry guys I know it was a bad idea!!

if it was just the fin adn not any of the scaled portion it should

Yeah it'll be alright. Wouldn't hurt to isolate it for awhile and hook it up with some stress coat.

I have an ornate bichir w/ a missing fin. I didn't notice it until I got it back from the petshop. I can't tell if it was bitten off, or if she's deformed. I should add some stresscoat.
