My Ornate

he was about 12" at the time of taking the pics - he has now sadly passed away - after me owning him for about 5 years - I gotm him as an adult so iam unsure how old he was!
 
i have an ornate and he's about 8" and very healthy, but there is something wrong with the way he swims. he has an arched back as he swims. i'm not sure what the reason is for this. i don't know if it's a deformity or nutrition defficiency. he eats like a a pig and seems fine. when he was little he didn't have the arched back, he just developed it when i moved him into a 125 from a 40gal. he's grown about 2" since then which has been about 3 months. i'm not sure if it was because he grew too fast and it messed his spine up or what. help me out please!

It sounds like he went through a growth spurt, and his spine just was not able to hanlde it...He should be fine....It will be deformed, but he should be fine....

His eyes are kinda blurred or is it just the pics? I used to have an ornate. One of his eyes were kinda hazy and blurred. Although it didn't really matter much since they are near blind anyways.
